Central Dashboard

Onsite Manager collects information from the servers, workstations, applications, and other networked devices. It analyzes their data and sends the relevant information to Phoenix's Service Center, using a secure Internet connection.

The Service Center Central Dashboard displays this information based on status and alerts. With one quick snapshot, Phoenix can see the relevant network information from all their customers or details on just one client. Phoenix Staff are notified after hours via paging if there are issues that require immediate attention.

 

Managed Workplace Remote Monitoring

Managed Workplace is an advanced software product built on Microsoft's .NET technology. Managed Workplace consists of two components.

The Onsite Manager is a light weight agentless software component that is installed on an existing Windows device at each customer site or can be installed as an appliance depending on the MSP business model.

The Service Center is installed on a Windows Server with SQL database located at the MSP site or at a hosting location of the MSP’s choice.

The multiple Onsite Managers are connected to the Phoenix Service Center by a secure outbound connection using current web services SOAP/XML through HTTP/HTTPS.
